Experience with Planet Fitness is the worst

They’re full of tricks. Joined due to the promotion they had, I was mislead and ended up paying full membership fee. Takes 4 months to cancel membership.When you try freeze the account for just a month due to medical conditions,they still want half of the payment even though you won’t have access. Yoh,every term and conditions works against you and for them even if you’re ill the hospital,they’ll still want half without giving you access.
