I have had the most ********** experience with them. I completed my first 12 months contract and stayed on a month on month with them. When I skipped a 1 month payment they cancelled my account and I could no longer use their services and facilities, but they continued to bill me for months. I recently settled with one of their 3rd parties Saya recoveries with a settlement discount. To my surprise I was billed and charged even after the final settlement amount was paid. I called for a refund and paid up letter but they refused and referred me to Planet Fitness. Planet fitness instead sent me other attorneys to say I owe Planet fitness and have been handed over. They claim to know nothing about the settlement and refer me back and forth. I regret ever setting my foot on Planet Fitness, and they must stop calling me to join them ever again! I hate Planet fitness and how they treated me with all my being!
