Excuses Excuses and more Excuses

Been asking very nicely if whether the treadmills are going to be serviced since they are missing buttons ,the fans dont work and the resistance levels dont work which ive been asking for a very long time and only hear that they reported but still nothing has been done about it and just hear excuses Not to mention the fact that ive also been asking very nicely for a very long time and only hear lots of excuses on when they going to set one of their exercise bicyles to over an 1 hour as they are limited to only 20 minutes and used to have 1 of them set for an hour. Why is it that im just not taking seriously when ive been asking very nicely for so long and nothing gets done about it
