Entry denied

My account number was changed and I provided planet fitness with my new account number and as per agreement with them they are to debit my account on the 28 and I have never missed any payment. Today I was told I am owing Payment which came as a surprise. After querying I was told the debit order did not come off and asked to produce a bank statement which I did. My issue now is that I am being denied access till I pay the outstanding amount of which this was not my fault. I do not have problem with paying but being denied access when it's clear it was not my fault but theirs is where my problem is
