Empty promises from planet fitness that the new renovated gym will open 1 September 2017

First of all its not good to start off a relationship by lying just to get me to sign up. i have decided to join plant fitness because it close to my house the gym that i'm talking about is currently under renovations in centurion which i was told to go to Hennospark to train until 1 September comes when the gym open again, which did not happen. Further more it is a very big inconvenience for me to travel to Hennospark which is way out of my route. I've been trying numerous of times to get hold of planet fitness each time I'm holding the line for than 10 min more than twice a day i try and i can never get threw. I feel i made a big mistake of joinning planet fitness they people that work at planet fitness are pathetic in helping people, since i could not get threw i drove to hennospark to get help but the manager was not around so lodge a complain via the lady stating that I'm not willing to pay for this month debit order as i am not using the facilities and that i was promised that gym in centurion will open 1 September which was a total lie. the lady at reception said that she will give the manager all particulars so that he can call me and nothing has happen since Saturday, its now Wednesday and I'm still trying to contact the branch to help me out but the phone keeps on ringing.Its like i can never get threw. All I'm saying is that I'm not willing to pay this month fee, because in no way I'm the person at fault. Its really an inconvenience for me to go to hennospark I'm sorry i cannot do this.
