Emigrated South Africa 9 months ago and Planet Fitness refuse to cancel my contract

I joined Planet Fitness Just Gym Umhlanga on the first day it opened in December 2016.

Unfortunately I emigrated South Africa in May 2022 and cancelled my Planet Fitness contract before I left. To this day I still get charged for my membership every month even though I have cancelled my contract and live the other side of the world. I have contacted Planet Fitness multiple times and each time they promise it has been cancelled.
