Embarrassment at the gym

<p>I currently gym at the Planet Fitness Jusgym at Newtown. On the 8 November after my gymming session I went into the ladies changing room to take a shower and I was unaware there were two men repairing the toilets, and I was undressed while one of the men walked into the change room that I was in. I am extremely upset because there was no notice from the gym and no staff member advised me that there were men working in the changing room.</p> <p>I approached a staff member there after and she said that someone should of been standing at the entrance of the changing room, she apologised but I still feel that an apology is not good enough because as a women something drastic could of happened to me being alone with two unknown men.</p> <p>I contacted the head office the same day and they advised me that they will contact me within 48 hours and I still have received no feedback. I feel that I should be compensated in some way of the other.</p>
