Elevate Discount Partners trouble (Over-promise, under-deliver)

I have the elevate PlanetFitness add on, which offers a wide range of benefits including discount codes for multiple partners. I went to that parter, made use of their service, "and followed all the fine print rules of what products qualifies", at the end when it was time to check out, I opened my app, went to the parter, and pressed generate code, just to find that it says "Out of stock". I do not understand how a code can be out of stock. I understand the idea behind all these partners, it is an amazing concept but the execution is poor.

I have reached out multiple times in the past to enquire about the elevate benefit and the partners especially the Garmin benefit since different watches has different discount percentages and it is more of a lucky packet than anything else, not knowing what you will get, even the staff could assist.

I phoned every single PlanetFitness number I could find on google, the PlanetFitness app and even the terms and condition, all lead to the same dead end, ending up at a call centre, who puts you through to an extension which tells you to rate their service 1-5 then the call dies.

It is shocking to see how little efforts goes into maintaining customer satisfaction, it seems as if the idea is to get you signed up persuaded by all these benefits that you will have access to then hope you don't have queries or any troubles later on. Absolutely shocking.

Over promised, under delivered. Be better.
