Ekstra debit order

There is an amount being deducted from my partner’s account with a reference Planetfs. We went to the branch which is in Hennopspark and asked them why are they deducting an extra R300. The guy at the counter told us it was an annual fee, it was deducted for two months. The next month only the monthly fee was deducted. The following six months they deducted the monthly fee and another fee, not the same amount every month, ranging from R330 to R360 a month, every month. I called the call centre and they said they were experiencing technical problems. I then called the head office in Johannesburg and the lady also told me it was an annual fee, I told her that it cannot be possible because it is happening every month. She then insisted it was not planet fitness deducting the extra money. We went to our bank and asked them to trace the account which is deducting the money and it was planet fitness. I’ve emailed and called planet fitness several times, but no one does anything about the money being taken from us for no reason.
