Efficient and friendly service

I had some issues with my 36 month contract which was related to some administrative glitch. Planet Fitness Claremont's salesperson Veronica and the club's manager addressed my query by getting to the bottom of the glitch and putting me into contact with a call centre person to speak to. I have not always had the best experience with Planet Fitness thanks to several administrative glitches in the past but I appreciate the professionalism, patience and overall friendly way in which Claremont's Planet fitness manager and especially the saleswoman Veronica, dealt with my query today.
