Easier to Ingnore the Client than to deal with the issue

Planet Fitness I cannot belive how pathetic you are on 12 May you promised you would give me feedback as to why I was not notified that the Roodepoort gym was going to be upgraded and so rocked up like a retard to a half empty gym, then this month you over debit my account by over R200 then when I message you you send me a ticket number not sure what for as you don't call clients back and worst of all your phones don't work when I try call you it says the number you have dialed is unobtainable. I want my issues dealt with and resolved is their anyone in management at Planet fitness that actually has a back bone an will answer for what has transpired and not try bull**** me.
