I logged a complaint with Planet Fitness on 03 Dec 2024. The consultant who called me told me I would get feedback on 04 Dec by close of business. I've been calling them every day since and I've been told each time that they're still working on it. I've asked to speak to a manager and every time I get an excuse stating that the manager is not in. The consultants are rude. Nobody bothers. I wish I had never considered Planet Fitness. Virgin was a much better option.

I'm inconvenienced by having to do unnecessary admin to have something happen.

It's time the Consumer Goods Councel gets involved!
