Dumps chlorine into pool while people are in it

Palnet fitness will pour chlorine in the pool while there are people in the swimming pool, the extent of the chlorine is so bad that I would bleed when I get out the pool. They used to this on fridays and I stopped swimming on fridays now it is happening on wednesdays aswell.
