Drinking on the job and no help query

Hi<br> <br> I have no other recourse and I am writing to complain about a consultant Thommas at the Rosebank branch who was drinking in his office on Friday the 27 February.<br> <br> I had a query as well with regards to my wife and I joining momentum so that we could qualify for the 80% rebate however it seems that no one at the Rosebank branch can assist us with this.<br> <br> Now we have a policy that's of little use to us.<br> <br> Please may someone help me in giving me information with regards to having joined momentum so that we could qualify for this rebate!!!<br> <br> SO frustrated.
