Dreadful service delivery

I am a full paying member (i.e. not on Vitality or other reduced rate) at Planet Fitness. Like many families I am a member there so that my son can attend Gregg Price's swimming. While my son is swimming, I play squash with one of my children while the other goes to the childcare unit. <br> I have now been informed that the squash court is to be used for storage and the child unit closed during the months of renovations. To top it off the pool has been out of order all week as well (and not for the first time).<br> I have been told I may use one of the other gyms, but Gregg doesn't train there, and they are exceptionally inconvenient for me so won't work. I feel completely **********.<br>
