Down grade costing you R 200 Planet Fitness!!!

So phoned planet this morning and asked the operator if my buddy tag was canceled because cutting down on cost as COVID stuff up the finances. He told me i am on a national tag, poef now i am stung and confused as i only wanted a normal gym contact the day i signed up about 5 years ago. I asked the operator to downgrade my contract please and his words where their is a fee regarding your downgrade. WHAT!!!!! a fee to downgrade, yes sir R 200 to do the downgrade for you. This is a joke so disappointed in Planet Fitness.
