Double deduction from Planet Fitness

Good day can someone please tell me why my account is debited twice its the second time, I noticed this. I have called seeing its a 1 year contract they will only stop deducting Jan 2021 i asked what's the process to cancel the consultant told me if i want to cancel i have to pay more than R3000.00 i do not have and was told its the double deduction is due to interest i have not been receiving my salary since May this year; which I have communicated this and lo and behold now on the 28th of Nov R999 and again 1 Dec R1019.00 deducted. How can this be right? Can someone please help me understand. I am still not receiving my salary I live off from family supporting me until I'm back on my feet again. I am aware you are a business you need to make money but how can we fix this please. Make it easy to cancel or just explain this to me
