Double Debiting & Rude unwilling staff at the call center

If you can't have people with emotional intellect answering the phone in your call center, then you should rather close your call center or in-fact your business. Can't believe that a person would get rude with me just because I'm stating a fact. The fact that PLANET FITNESS is double debiting us out of our agreement.
