Double debit - shocking service

I have been a Planet fitness member - at their Premium club in Sandton and I pay R 799.00 per month, they FAILED TO DEBIT me in February 2016, after numerous calls and emails to them - then they said they will waive the fee and only charge once R 799.00 - o NO THEY DID NOT KEEP THEIR WORD - they deducted <br> R 1618.00 for my account in a period of 2 days!!!<br> And on top of this I am now a Discovery member - STILL RECEIVE no discount still paying the FULL AMOUNT.<br> This is unacceptable, I have had problems with this gym from day one and I am there 4 times a week with a personal trainer.!!!!!
