Double debit order in June 2015

I have been debited by Planet Fitness twice in the month of June, with very short notice on the 27 June a debit order of R169 and also another one went on the 01 Jul for R199 but I try to find out from Port Elizabeth branch someone try to assist me through the telephone was very inefficient by just putting me on hold without any excuse or request to do so, can Planet fitness reverse the debit order of R199 which was not even explained to me while I signed to the club by sale lady, this is totally not acceptable, you cant inform your members 2 days before the debit order and expect us to be able to pay R199 within 2 days this is against CPA policies.
