Double debit order amounts

I joined Planet Fitness Brackenfell in April, with a promotional membership via Medihelp for R299 for the first two months, but the first month the full amount of R549 was deducted from my account. I contacted the sales person, with no results. After that I contacted the call center who then dialed the sales person in on the call and then they confirmed and agreed I should have only paid R299, and assured me that in May no debit order would go off to make up for the credit now on my account. In May the debit order went off again for R549. I contacted the sales person and went into the gym to talk to an admin staff representative who advised a credit would take 14 days to be paid into my account, which is almost at the next payment cycle. Even though the facilities are fantastic, I really regret joining due to the unreliable system.
