Double billing and no feedback!!!

I am very upset and angry at this point.

For the past 4 months myself and my fiance is paying for a black tag and two vitality membership. 4 months ago Bongile from planet fitness valley view changed our contracts from black tag to vitality. Every month planet fitness debits me for black tag and my fiance for vitality for both of us. This means we paid more then 2200 for black tag which are not supposed to!!!

I have queried this with the agent who changed the contract Bongile and with the receptionist numerous times every month with no feedback. As the manager always seem to be unavailable. This morning I received another debit for black tag membership. PF owes us more then 2000!!! I called the rude receptionist today and he advised that the manager will be here at 9 today he put the phone down in my ear. I took time off work to come see the manager and I was told he is off sick ( l do not believe this). Never once have I seen his face or received any feedback from him regarding my concern over the period of 4 months!!! He always seem to hide away in his office and I am sick of it!!!!

I want this matter to be resolved asap
