Don't tell me that Rosebank branch was closing within a week

I joined the rosebank branch and signed up with the consultant Given. They failed to inform me that the gym would be closing within 7 days. When l found out from other gym member while working out, I confronted them and asked them to cancel my contract. Because my contract had passed 6 days they refused to cancel it for free. They said l had to pay R2000 to cancel. They instead offered me a membership at a different location which is inconvenient for me. It has been two months now and they are deducting the monthly membership fee though they have closed down. I have called countless times with no resolve. This is unjust and unfair! There were no signs or a notice of the closure!
