Don't sign with planet fitness Randfontein

I would like to take this time, to rate planet fitness in randfontein, I signed a contract with them for a 12month term, I was active at the gym but after some personal reasons, I did not go back. after the 12months they kept on taking money from my account, I then reversed the debt order, and after a month and a second debt order, I went to planet fitness in randfontein to inquire. Bluntly I was turned away by what seemed to be the manager. stating they cannot help I must phone in for a cancellation, I phoned in and spoke to a lady asking them to please cancel everything cause I was not explained about the month notice. She told me she will send a cancellation. Now after 4months of more debt orders I still see that planet fitness did not listen. My Name is Bevan Jonathan, AKA "BJ" the guy at planet fitness was more concerned with my initials Calling it and I quote "Blow Job" as it's also "BJ" for short so he did not explain anything to me. I do not own Planet Fitness. I paid my full 12months Enough is enough
