Planet Fitness Wanderers has become a complete disappointment. The gym was upgraded but the booms at the entrance still do not work, which is a serious security risk. Three treadmills have been out of order for more than three months. The same goes for three elliptical machines. This causes unnecessary crowding at peak times, yet the gym keeps focusing on upgrading random sections instead of fixing basic equipment.

The steam room has been broken for more than two months while they spent money on updating the bathrooms. Priorities make no sense. We have raised these issues several times with the general manager, Anesh Diar, but nothing changes.

Most of the staff are unpleasant and clueless. They only seem interested in helping new customers. Once you sign up, you are on your own. For the price we pay, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this branch at all.
