Don't know what to say

So today I was summoned by the club manager Johno from planet fitness liberty mall with regards to my complaint I had written, to my surprise.... Thinking his calling me to ask what was the issue instead I get called like I'm 1 of his staff into a hearing as to why I put such a complaint, so at planet fitness liberty mall a member is not valued, when the regional manager Gavin was offering me a free month the club manager told him not to give me a free month, he has absolutely no manner in speaking, I do not know how he has got the position because that is not how a manager should treat customers, I will never recommend planet fitness liberty mall, I informed them to cancel my mambership with immediate effect..... I have never been humiliated this way...... I will go back to virgin active where I've trained for the past 20yrs and in those 20yrs + I have always been valued....
