DONT JOIN PLANET ****NESS !!

1.Debit orders going off twice a month 2.Debit orders going off for unknown amounts and then after speaking to mamangent on 5 different occasions to refund the money - NOTHING HAPPENED (also promising us the refund) 3.The unknown amount was claimed to be a STUPID excuse that their accounts department went on holiday and when the “new” accountants came back they took that amount off our account by “accident”. 4.No water usage but they Debit our account so many times (so where is the money going to/for what???) 5.NO ONE (staff members) help you! 6.Employing young staff members that don’t know how to run the gym at all. 7.PATHETIC GYM!
