Dont join planet fitness!terrible service

Good afternoon, i am a member of planet fitness Midlands since the opening of the gym..Before i go on i do not suggest to anyone to join this gym. I have had multiple issues with this firstly the workers they are all on go slow and do they own thing so the service is extremely terrible okay and even they stated that if we refer people to the gym for each person we get a month free i have referred 2 people and didnt get my months free cause Ofcourse they workers didnt update it on the system always cutting corners and speaking of the main issue is I have updated my banking details twice at the gym saying that i can pay two months on the second month cause of account switch i get a fee of of R19 that is stupid why cant the workers tell me that and i get calls from head office saying its not updated cause they take they time to update the documents thats not my problem then again im going to make a plan to cancel my contract just a heads up for all possible customers please note this my experience from the planet fitness in Pietermaritzburg at liberty mall i cant speak for the other gyms thanks
