Don't join Planet FItness
I wanted to join the gym in Durbanville. I went past there and then the info I got was not what I got over the phone. 2nd time they phoned me and said I can join as they made a mistake. I gave all my details and Sky was adamant I need to pay the 150 rand for the tag. What I did in the evening I went there to sign the contract and again they come with other stories. So i did not join. Now I struggle to get my R150 back as nobody knows where is went. There customer service speak hardly English and Sky feels she don't have to do anything

Try to phone you getting only somebody at the call centre. That give you the same answer. They busy processing the payment. WOW If I have to make payments and take more than a week to finalize. They would have block you from entering the gym.
