Don’t join Planet Fitness

The service at Planet Fitness Wanderers is appalling. I have been fighting with them for a year to sort out their aircon. It is like a sauna in there, it is unbearable and makes working out unpleasant. Their excuses range from loadshedding to water pressure issues. They will not resolve it. If you are deciding what gym to join in the area I recommend you don’t join a gym that won’t sort out its aircon. A word to service providers. If people are supporting you please provide them with proper service. It is incredibly frustrating to feel like as a customer your business is not important and that you don’t matter.
