If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly, don't sign up here. They are ridiculous.

First of all, they automatically extended my contract at the end of the first contract with 2 years, without asking if I wanted the 12 month, or 24 month contract.

Called them to freeze my account since I cannot afford the monthly payment due to unemployment. Now listen to this story. If I want to freeze my account I still have to pay half the original monthly payment without getting any services and then that half payment that you still have to pay is not deducted from the total amount left??? Are you kidding me???? How does that even make sense???? So I have to pay them, get no service and then that payment is not deducted from my total amount left???? Honestly don't, I am sure there is a better service out there than planet fitness.
