Dont get trapped

Unhappy with their service, and their costumer support. Have been struggling to get out of a contract for more than 4 months and they have been taking my money even tho I requested to cancel. Still haven't received a repose to my email sent in July. People dont get trapped. Looking at their ratings, people might think they would do something about this.
