DON'T EVER JOIN ANY PLANET FITNESS, RATHER GO TO VIRGIN ACTIVE!!!!!!

Planet Fitness have no idea what customer service mean. From their useless club manager, sales manager and sales consultant at the Hazelwood club in Pretoria right though to their head office. I can't wait for my contract to expire so that I can go back to Virgin Active. I will never recommend anyone to join any Planet Fitness anywhere.

They don't stick to their monthly premiums and promises to rectify their mistakes. Only greetvyou when they want to sign you up, after that, they don't care about any after sales service. Disgraceful.....
