Don't even think about it. They're not worth it.

Never make the mistake of signing up with these people. They not only make false promises, but they're trying to **** you out of your money as well.

I had a student membership and was promised that if I joined the Vitality benefit that it would take effect and cut my monthly fee by half. I joined the Vitality benefit and ended up paying MORE than my original monthly fee.

I had to fight them to revert my membership back to what it was which I finally succeeded at. Now, I want to cancel my membership and I'm being told that I am still on the Vitality membership fee, which was not the agreement we had and I now have to pay an early cancelation fee, but the cancelation fee is NINE months worth of my monthly membership fee! How is that even possible!?

It's been weeks and I still haven't heard back from them, the situation hasn't been remedied and I can't get in touch with them.

Not only are they absolutely useless when it comes to customer support and customer service, but what they offer you is not worth the rates they charge. They try to sell their service to you with promises of an app and free products, meanwhile the app hasn't updated in a year despite having like 6 workouts on it and the machines in the gym are never actually working.

Don't waste your time, money or your stress levels on these people. They're ****ming you and can only be described as money hungry bast***s.
