Don't choose Planet Fitness as your gym

Planet Fitness does not compare at all to Virgin Active. If you are considering taking out a gym contract I would not recommend Planet Fitness. They have so many hidden costs - I have never been so unhappy with a gym before. I was with Virgin Active for many years and should never have moved. I have a few questions about cancelling my membership with Planet Fitness and the only way to get hold of customer service is through an email address. They have ignored me for the past two months. It really seems they are not interested in having happy clients.
