Dont Care Service

<p>I have joined the gym in January and I have seen the gym loosing a couple of members due to the instability of aerobics classes. </p> <p> </p> <p>The classes are unstable, sometimes there is no instructor, and no one in the gym extends us the courtesy of explaining to us what the main problem is. Instead when we complain, the staff tells us that its the general manager's problem. The general manager is only available on days when the free lance instructor is available, other days he is nowhere to be seen.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am unhappy with this kind of service and its unacceptable.</p>
