Dont believe the sales consultant

My son is a member at wanders through the school. We live in Fourways. 3 weeks ago I decided to join on the basis that he enjoyed Planet fitness. On signing up *** told us its not a problem that he is a member and he could as per there policy come with me to Fourways. 2 Gym visits and 5 phone calls explaining the problem I have been told repeatedly he can't go to two different gyms. This despite being told by *** I could. The policy is if you join then your child can come with you if under 18. Great! *** agreed. However 3 weeks later and hours on the phone I have cancelled my membership. What logic dictates that you would lose a client because you are paying for a child to go to wanderers and hence he cannot come with you to the Fourways branch. Short sighted and just plain stupid. My favourite moment was after visiting the gym for the second time I was told by *** he would sort out and phone me back within 49 hours. Obviously no call from him. When I called him he said he did not have airtime to phone me back????????
