Don't respond timeously to complaints!

I have BEEN emailing these guys with my query for almost a month with no response. I then sent a query via Twitter and still no response! I inquired again today and yet again no response! I would really appreciate if someone can get back to me ASAP! And what is annoying this is a query which is being unresolved for almost a year!
