Don't join this gym

<p>I signed a one year contract in December 2014 with Planet Fitness. All my debit orders went off and I then sent an email in November 2015 stating that I will not be renewing my contract.December 2015 another debit order went off my account which I left but sent another mail to say that I will not be renewing my contract.</p> <p>January 2016 another debit order went off my account which I reversed and sent another mail reminding that I will not be renewing. February 2016 another debit order went off which I reversed again and I sent a complaint to Planet Fitness.A call centre agent sent me an email asking for all my correspondence sent. I sent everything to her and I got an email saying the case has now been closed which meant to me the issue has been resolved.</p> <p>Now 5 months later I receive an email stating that I owe R1946.09. The call centre agent told me that this contract was never stopped. This is a common complaint against Planet Fitness and in the mean time someones good credit gets spoilt by companies like these!!!</p>
