***** practice and a ****

Planet fitness has a ***** ways of doing business that I see as a ****. 2 years ago I signed with them but they never debited my account from month 1, I also never used their facilities I was never issued with a tag from the beginning.

2 years later I get a call from lawyers to say my account has been handed over to them but I find it very funny that Planet Fitness did not make contact with me on email or telephonically to say the account is active and outstanding for the past 2 years.. Why wait for 2 years before you come forward? And since I was not issued a tag meaning there is no way I was gaining access to the gym what is it that I am really expected to pay for?
