Do you not want new members?

For 2 weeks i have been trying to get planet fitness centurion gate to contact me as my husband and i would like to join a gym in centurion (and possibly my son as well)<br> Nobody has gotten back to us! <br> I joined the sleekgeek challenge as well, and this includes 1 month free at any planet fitness. I contacted them on Monday afternoon to get things in order...it is now Friday and still no response. My challenge starts on Monday and I need to have this sorted by then. Could someone please care about customer service enough to contact potential members?? Or should we just go to Virgin Active immediately?
