Do not use planet fitness. They will do anything for business and then have you run around for months to sort out your issues. I will not recommend them to anyone i know.

An absolutely disgusting service from :- Sibusiso - Sales manager from Planet Fitness Fourways I opened up a gym membership for my older daughter in June 2025. The reason for this was so that my younger daughter could go with her as a buddy. I told Sibusiso that my older daughter was going to university, so he promised me that i will be able to then open another contract for my younger daughter and no cancellation fees would be payable for my older daughters contract. Since September 2025, Planet fitness has still been debiting my account for my older daughters account even though the account was cancelled. I then asked them to move the funds that they were debiting to my younger daughter's account. This has not been done and now we are told that my younger daughter cannot enter gym because her account is in arrears. I have been trying since last year to sort out this issue and i am now at my wits end. There is a call logged to have this done, but nothing has been done - PFQ846813. Apart from the above reference number, below are all the reference numbers in trying to sort out this issue but to no avail.
