DO NOT USE PLANET FITNESS THEY ARE *****ING YOUR MONEY AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Where do I start, in October 2017 we went to planet fitness Krugersdorp to see what they after, after meeting with the sales person ZAEED he made all kind of promises and we signed a contract. Right after that he phoned and said o he forgot to tell us this and that, so we cancelled the contract withing the 5 day cooling off period now we have a number of issues. 1. On planet fitness slip for the joining fee the price says 399.00 on the slip from the bank is says 499.00 we have been trying to get the refund from them ever since and only 299.00 was refunded still trying to get the rest of the monies. 2. We were told that our son ( which is a minor) is on the same contract as us yet when we cancelled the contract his "contract" was not cancelled and they are still debiting our account. After numerous call and emails to the branch and hundreds of calls to the call center nothing has bee done to help us or to resolve our issues. Phoned today 18/12/2017 and the lady from the call center started to yell at me. They do not refund your money which is theft in other words and they do not cancel contract even when you have proof that you have send everything through. Stay far away from planet fitness
