Do not stick to commitments

I have a refund that is apparently being processed, I constantly have to follow up with the call centre agents to find out when it will be done, I have been told that it will be paid by the end of Feb, then by the end of last week. Friday I was told someone would get back to me before the end of the day and this morning I was told the exact same thing and none of those commitments took place.<br> <br> I do not understand how difficult it can be to find out at what stage a refund is and call a person back to update them and then stick to the commitment regarding the payment date.<br> <br> Can someone kindly advise me when this payment is going to be released into my account?
