How is it that I’m getting calls from debt collectors to say planet fitness wrote off R3000 from my debt? How? I logged a call in February. If you had an SLA to deal with complaints this would have never happened and you ignore customer complaints. Your debts bombard us with emails and calls for the fact that your staff members take time to respond to queries. This company has bad reviews and they create a negative credit record because of their laziness, lack of empathy. The company has no respect for people! There is no TCF police and there so many violations to ones consumer rights! Now I’m stuck with a contract I’m not happy with and these people are the least helpful. When a person says they can’t afford and you still make sure they are under financial duress! This brand should do better!
