Do not join Planet fitness. Worst gym ever!

I have been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months now. I signed up for a 12 month contract in November 2019 and still can’t get Planet fitness Sandtongate to help me with the cancellation. After calling the call centre I was referred to the gym and the gym referred me back to the call centre. I’m so frustrated because they are still debiting my account. I asked for a copy my contract and nothing. Joining PF was the Worst decision ever
