More than two years ago, we joined Planet Fitness Craighall. We only wanted a year contract, and they said, "it's fine, just sign here, and it's all sorted. Great, everything's great, until we wanted to cancel after a year. They said no, it's a two year contract. Very unhappy, but okay, we pay for another year. Our two year contract ended in June 2020. So mid June, Planet Fitness Gave us a call. Would we like to renew our contract for another two years, We clearly said NO! We do not wish to renew our contract. So yesterday, we found out that Planet Fitness has deducted almost a R1000 a month, and this month almost R2000. I mean, what is so difficult to understand that we do not wish to renew our contract? The Branch we joined is closed permanently... So now I'd like to know, when are you going to pay back the money?
