DO NOT JOIN PLANET FITNESS MIDLANDS! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Good afternoon to one and all. Let me share my past and ongoing experiences with planet fitness midlands mall Pietermaritzburg! I am one of the first to join the gym and they promised me many benefits like a free bag etc which i did not get.. But is my major problem is what they dont tell you when you joining them such as increase of price the following year and also the service of the gym is bad the workers take they own time to do things and even when i went in to address the problem multiple times i had to wait there for a while to get helped..Right thats out of the way i was told that if i refer people i will get 1 month free per person i refer so i referred 2 people and still today i did not get my free 2 months then i complained to them few times they then say okay we will sort out and we will give you 3 months free for the troubles caused.. Haha but yet again they have failed to do so!!! Absolutely pathetic and disappointing i will make sure i never get people to join and i will be leaving the gym!
