DO NOT join Planet Fitness

Decided to join Planet Fitness Lynnwood on their Black Friday special in November 2022. By April I wanted to cancel. Sent two email regarding that matter no response. A amount tried to go off my account but no luck, following up on that a lady from the accounting office called me middle June to ask why. I said I wanted to cancel my membership but no one has gotten back me. She responded saying she will follow up. Two months later (August) two amounts went off my account close to R1500. Yet again I send email - no response. I called the branch. And was promised that one of the managers (Bianca) would get back to me on Monday. Monday came and went no feedback. Yet again I sent a email and finally a Francois called me about the matter. He said he will log a ticket to cancel my membership immediately and will give me feedback in three days time. Three days came and went no feedback until I yet again had to send a email to follow up. In that same week another amount went off.

To this day, no one from Planet Fitness tried to follow up, tried to give me feedback. Send ME a email.

They owe me a amount of almost R2300. I am fed up with these people making promises of getting back to me.

Planet Fitness if you are reading this. I WANT MY MONEY BACK BY NEXT WEEK FRIDAY. (8 Sept)
