DO NOT JOIN PLANET FITNESS

Planet fitness are useless. I will recommend to everyone i know not to join them. I have cancelled my childs contract and 4 months later they are still debiting my account... Phone head office to speak to a manager, just to hear she is not in... She is never in, she doesnt return calls or reply to any email... I am willing to go to the Randfontein Herald with my proof and show them to publish the proof... I can stand behind every word I am typing. What is so funny every month i reverse the debit but the dont phone and ask why or mail me... I want them to pay for every transaction i had to reverse... The only way is to ask people not to join them as it would be a big mistake.
